What is GrowUrDhan?
A private tracker that helps an Indian family organise financial records on one phone, with each owner still visible.
Is it a brokerage?
No. It does not open a demat, take orders, or hold funds.
Does it give advice?
No. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell.
What can I record?
Mutual funds, stocks, NPS, PPF, deposits, gold, loans, and other assets you add. Statement files you can choose include CDSL, NSDL, CAMS, KFin, and NPS.
Does “CAS” mean the app fetches one every month?
No. You pick a file you already downloaded. The app does not log into a depository or pull statements on a schedule.
Privacy
Is there a cloud database of my books?
No. Statements are parsed on the phone. There is no GrowUrDhan server copy of your holdings.
Do I need a phone number?
No. There is no OTP login and no GrowUrDhan cloud account.
Does it connect to my bank or broker?
No demat password, bank login, or OTP.
Family
Can self, spouse, children, and an HUF stay separate?
Yes. That separation is the product. The household view adds them up without relabeling who owns a row.
Is the Kapoor family a customer?
No. Aarav, Nisha, Inaaya, and Kapoor HUF are an illustrative household used on the app screens.
Why is net worth ₹2.61 Cr if assets are about ₹3.07 Cr?
Because net worth subtracts loans. The illustrative home screen shows assets ₹3.07 Cr, loans ₹46.0 L, net worth ₹2.61 Cr.
Pricing
What does the trial cover?
30 days on a genuine Play install. The clock is device-bound. It does not travel to a new phone.
What is the ₹249 payment?
A one-time lifetime licence after the trial, on the Play account that buys it. It is not a promise that the company or every parser lasts forever. See Pricing.
What is the ₹299 year?
Optional support, only after the lifetime licence. If it lapses, the vault still opens.
Backup
What if I change or lose the phone?
Without an encrypted backup you made, the books on that phone are gone. Restore uses the file you hold and the same Play account as the licence.
Does GrowUrDhan store that backup?
No. It goes to a folder you pick.
Availability
Is the app on Google Play?
Not yet. There is no APK on this website. The package name planned for the listing is in.growurdhan.app.
Can I join a waitlist?
No. This site does not collect an email address.
